Merchant Lettings Limited is a new company formed in March 2008 on the merger of two of Glasgows oldest letting companies, Gilpro Lettings (1986) and Merchant Executive Properties(1992).
The exciting combination of the best parts of both businesses has produced a dynamic solution to the management of property in the residential letting sector. Dedicated property professionals lead the main functions of Maintenance, Marketing, Tenant finding and Leases and Contracts. They are supported by a skilled team of administrators to provide a high level of back up, particularly in the area of financial management.
Functioning from our five offices, Glasgow City Centre and Glasgow West End, Paisley, Ayrshire and Edinburgh offices we are able to provide the high level of service our Landlords and Tenants expect and deserve throughout West and Central Scotland.
