That means everything from presenting your flat in the best possible state, ensuring that the flat is exceptionally clean and everything works, to finding you the best fully vetted tenants, using over 25 years experiance and national relocation agents, football clubs, TV companies, banks and blue chip companies combined iwth advertising on all possible media platforms. Even just as important, our hugely experienced team are based in our local offices. We pay you on time every month, chasing any missed payments, letting you know when to plan for works needed in advance, constantly reviewings all quotes for value, getting you the best contractors, ensuring we carry out regular inspections. You will always have the option of going direct to the department you need, whetherit be accounts, maintenance or marketing to resolve issues or be able to talk to your property manager for any other more detailed help. All this and much more goes into every flat we let. We are here to maximise your invenstment and rtat every property as if it were our own. We are serious about letting your property and have been for 25 years.
