Chantelle joined Merchant Lettings West End branch in September 2009 and has become a valued member of staff. She moved into Head Office in 2010 to assist the accounts department.

Michael joined the Merchant Lettings team in September 2010 having previously owned and managed his own agency. Michael brings 10 years experience of dealing with all aspects of letting and sound knowledge of the demands of the local area. His aim is to bring the best possible service to both landlords and tenants alike.

Stacey commenced with Merchant Lettings city centre office in March 2010 as the receptionist. Stacey has now moved to the West End office and is hands on in all departments.

Michelle started with Merchant Lettings May 2010 and has proved to be a valuable member of staff. She has high organisational skills and a pleasant manner to all Landlords and tenants.

Scott attained a degree in Hospitality and Marketing from Strathclyde University where he then started his career with an International Management Consultancy in fast paced Hong Kong. He then undertook a Masters in Information Management moving on as a Sales & Marketing Director for a catering company which further reinfoced his natural flair for sales and passion for customer service. Scott joined Merchant Lettings in 2008 as a key member of the accounts department. Further roles within the sales and marketing department have enhanced his skill set in marketing strategy and negotiating those lets. This has now led to a role encompassing business development for Merchant Lettings. He is extremely enthusiastic and motivated in every aspect of his career and will offer complete professionalism and honesty.

Gill joined Merchant Lettings in April 2011 and brings with her a wealth of customer service skills earned through her time with a well known Airline. She has a fantastic knowledge of Glasgow and brings a warm smile and personality to tenants when carrying out viewings.

Kenny is Sales Manager of Merchant Lettings, Edinburgh. With drive and passion he holds great client relations and a high work ethic. Kenny will travel all over the country to make sure properties are looked after with a personal touch.

Clare has worked closely at Merchant Lettings, Edinburgh since April 2010. She has a very hands on approach for all Landlords, tenants and properties to ensure a high level of service.

George comes from a sports funding background, having managed the Scottish Executive funded Sportsmatch scheme. He has been with Merchant Lettings, Edinburgh since January 2010. Since starting his role has evolved to cover all aspects of the business.

Tracey started with Merchant Lettings July 2011, coming from an accounting background Tracey is a valuable member of the Edinburgh team.

Graham, who has been with us for several years, not only does property inspections, check outs, PAT testing, small maintenance items also a variety of invaluable tasks for the company on a full time basis. He is a valuable member of staff and knows the properties well.

Eddie is responsible for attending properties for regular property inspections, final check outs, PAT testing, small maintenance items also a variety of invaluable tasks for the company on a full time basis. He has an eye for detail and with good commucation skills he ensures any issues are reported.
