Merchant Lettings - Properties to Let and Flats to Rent - Glasgow and Ayrshire

Cathy has over 10 years property experience, and is responsible for interviewing potential tenants and carrying out all necessary credit checks. Cathy is also responsible for arranging any Tenants Contents Insurance.

Lynn joined the company in July 2008 with 2 years of letting experience. Based in the West End office Lynn deals with tenant interviews and all necessary credit checks. Lynn is also able to arrange Tenants Contents Insurance.

Jennifer Joined the company in November 2006. Jennifer has worked within the contracts department since joining the company and deals with new tenancy applications, referencing and lease documents.

Laura Williams joined the company in 2003 and is head of accounts to the Finance Director. Laura undertakes all the departments account issues and is happy to assist with any landlord, contractor or tenant queries.

Aileen joined Merchant Lettings in 2008 an to Laura in the accounts team. Aileen is from an accountancy background and is new to the property industry. Her role in Merchant Lettings is dealing mainly with the Contractor and Factor payments. Aileen is happy to answer any queries you may have should you wish to contact her.

Colin joined Merchant Lettings August 2009, coming from a property factoring background. Currently assisting in accounts.

Victoria joined Merchant Lettings in 2004 & has over 12 years experience in property. Having come from an Estate Agency background she has a wide knowledge of various roles within the industry. Victoria is currently in charge of the return of Tenants Deposit’s, Land Lord Registration & Utilities which allows her experience in Customer Service & Sales to shine through. Victoria will be happy assist you should you have any queries in relation to any of these matters.

Gillian handles all of the initial enquiries for our Ayrshire office, with her local knowledge can be very helpful to tenants and landlords.

Chantelle joined Merchant Lettings, West End in September 2009 and has become a valued member of staff. Moving into Head Office to assist the accounts department.

Chris commenced with Merchant Lettings August 2009 in City Centre office and moved to the West End for support February 2010.

Scott joined Merchant Lettings in 2008 as a key member of the accounts department. With his fantastic people skills he now shows potential tenants through the properties.

Carol joined the company in September 2004 as one of our viewing agents. She has the knowledge of areas of Glasgow and the properties we offer.

Graham, who has been with us for several years, not only does property inspections, check outs, PAT testing, small maintenance items also a variety of invaluable tasks for the company on a full time basis. He is a valuable member of staff and knows the properties well.

Frank is an invaluable member of our Viewing team who covers flexible viewings when required.
